We prepare fresh, wholesome and tasty lunch boxes for children and deliver these to schools daily. For every lunch box you buy from us, we give back 10% to the school your child attends for fundraising. Every month the menu changes to keep the food interesting and fun for your kids, for a whole month every Monday will be the same and every Tuesday etc. will be the same.

We prepare our meals from our professional chemical-free kitchen space in Noordhoek, Cape Town.

Your child will receive their food in their own bento box delivered at school each morning, sterilized and collected at the end of the day for reuse. The food system is crafted by a Nutritional Therapist and qualified chef. Each lunch box will be balanced and healthy.

The bento boxes will be delivered to school between 7.30 and 8am, in time for the morning and collected between 3 and 3.30 pm.

We carefully label our lunchboxes with the child’s class and name on it and, depending on the school/class, store it in their lockers or another designated place where they can find it.

Yes, if you are a returning customer and sign up for a tri weekly subscription option whereby you choose to receive a lunch box 3 days per week.

At the moment we offer a monthly subscription order plan. After the first month of ordering your subscription will automatically end if you do not re- order.

Please let us know as far in advance as you can so we can pause your membership for a maximum of 2 weeks.

Our bento boxes are suitable for children aged 2-10.

We work with a standardised menu with four options; a fully vegetarian option and an omnivore option, a vegan and gluten / wheat free option. We can customize bento boxes to your child’s specific needs if required at an additional cost.

Every bento box contains two portions of fresh fruit/ veg, a protein, a fat, a complex carbohydrate, yoghurt and a healthy treat. The fruit, fat and healthy treat options are vegetarian and identical across all our lunch boxes. Only the main lunch meal is different across the two product options that we offer;

Our Vegetarian bento box contains a vegetarian main lunch meal every day of the week. Our Normal bento box contains a mix of non-vegetarian lunch meals (chicken/meat protein) – and vegetarian lunch meals– on different days of each week. There is also a strict Vegan option to choose from. Most meals are gluten and wheat free, however there is a option to select if your child is strictly gluten free/ wheat free.

With our subscription offerings, you can choose to receive a lunch box for 3 days or 5 days per week.

You can send an empty lunch box to school and the leftover food will be packed in there and sent home at the end of the day.

We recommend eating the foods as soon as possible to retain the nutrients and vibrancy of the food that is prepared that day.
