For every lunch box you buy from us, we give back 10% to the school your child attends for fundraising. Every month the menu changes to keep the food interesting and fun for your kids, for a whole month every Monday will be the same and every Tuesday etc. will be the same.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How does the whole order system work?”]<\/p>\n

We ask for a R120 subscription fee when you join the Bento club.<\/p>\n

You choose your lunchbox preferences online, and select the school you want to get it delivered to (limited delivery points for the launch period) and make payment via EFT or our secure payment option.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Once we receive your order, we will freshly prepare your child\u2019s lunch box early every morning during the subscription term. We deliver it to your child\u2019s school every morning in time for their morning snack.Your little one enjoys really nutritious and yummy food.<\/div>\n

[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Where are the meals prepared?”]We prepare our meals from our professional chemical-free kitchen space in Noordhoek, Cape Town.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How are the lunches packed?”]Your child will receive their food in their own bento box delivered at school each morning, sterilized and collected at the end of the day for reuse. The food system is crafted by a Nutritional Therapist and qualified chef. We currently only deliver to Little Stars Montessori in Sun Valley,\u00a0 Cape Town.<\/div>\n

[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What time will the bento boxes be delivered to the schools each morning?”]The bento boxes will be delivered to school between 7.30 and 8am, in time for the morning and collected between 3 and 3.30 pm.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How do you ensure the bento box is delivered to my child?”]We carefully label our lunchboxes with the child\u2019s class and name on it and, depending on the school\/class, store it in their lockers or another designated place where they can find it.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How do I place an order?”]<\/p>\n

If you are a first-time customer at one of our participating schools. Our subscription fee runs monthly and payment is requested in\u00a0advance. If payment is not received at the end of the month for the new upcoming month the subscription automatically ends.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

You can pause your membership if your child is sick\/ off for a period of 2 weeks. We do not deliver during school holidays so no subscription fee is paid during those times.<\/div>\n

[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”Can I order for only a few days each week?”]Yes, if you are a returning customer and sign up for a tri weekly subscription option whereby you choose to receive a lunch box 3 days per week.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What is the minimum time for my subscription?”]At the moment we offer a monthly subscription order plan. After the first month of ordering your subscription will automatically end if you do not re- order.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What if I want to order for more than one child?”]<\/p>\n

We can customize bento boxes to your child’s specific needs if required at an additional cost.<\/p>\n

Please contact us if you have any specific requests, so that we can customize each menu to your child’s specific dietary needs.[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”What product options are available?”]Every bento box contains two portions of fresh fruit\/ veg, a protein, a fat, a complex carbohydrate, yoghurt and a healthy treat. The fruit, fat and healthy treat options are vegetarian and identical across all our lunch boxes. Only the main lunch meal is different across the two product options that we offer;<\/p>\n

Our Vegetarian bento box contains a vegetarian main lunch meal every day of the week. Our Normal bento box contains a mix of non-vegetarian lunch meals (chicken\/meat protein) \u2013 and vegetarian lunch meals\u2013 on different days of each week. There is also a strict Vegan option to choose from. Most meals are gluten and wheat free, however there is a option to select if your child is strictly gluten free\/ wheat free.<\/p>\n
