You may also have allergies, food intolerances or other complaints that must be taken into account in a nutritional plan, such as gluten intolerance, milk protein allergy or diabetes. Or, for example, you don’t like onions or zucchini? What good is a diet plan with foods that are healthy but that you don’t like eating?All of this information is incorporated into your medical history form during the personal consultation, the holistic collection of your personal information (age, height, gender) and any existing illnesses and complaints. It is also important to find out whether you need to take certain medications.<\/p>\n

The metabolism-relevant laboratory parameters from your blood analysis are then evaluated together with the complete medical history form at Metabolic Balance and you then receive your individual computer-aided nutrition plan.<\/p>\n

A key to success lies in the high level of individualization. No two people are the same. The program sent to you stays yours for life, it will not change- there are different phases of the program but once you have healed the health ailment you are struggling with you can stick to the last phase for life. It does not mean you can’t ‘cheat’ or enjoy alternative meals either.
