When hubby and I decided to do the gut challenge we agreed to do it properly with full commitment. We prepared each meal with great excitement, and we have marked a few recipes that will remain part of our weekly cooking for life! Being health conscious has always been part of my lifestyle, so it came quite easy to stick to the challenge. We were able to prepare 18 out of the 21 suggested meals which I think is quite an achievement- the three we missed were because of a sports day and meetings in the city, however, we still stuck to healthy options. Your recipes are amazing Berdine, and we love the new flavours you introduced. A busy lifestyle is no excuse, if you do proper meal planning and remain focused on the end goal this will not be a Gut Challenge, but a Gut Pleasure and we hope that many more people will join the lovely experience!
