Dot Health is all about ‘food as medicine’ approach. I offer a humble story by offering a very basic educational platform to bridge the gap between traditional medical advice and the latest thoughts and developments in nutrition and other lifestyle areas.

I aim to educate, inspire, and to help everyone achieve optimal health and feel their very best. I like to unravel the root cause of inflammation in the gut and the cause of chemical imbalances in the brain. Most of the time we can reduce anxiety and beat inflammation by following sustainable dietary shifts.

Food as Medicine

I use food as medicine as the primary intervention as well as nutritional supplements to boost my client’s health or to help heal a deficiency as well as lower inflammation in the body. I design meal plans that are tailor-made to your needs while integrating it with the function of integrative medicine.

I will forever be a student on this path, as there is so much to be learnt from plant medicines and the intricacies and intelligence of the human body. I have a wealth of resources to share such as recipes, meal – plans, DNA predispositions, gut health advice, cooking tips and much much more.

The key to being healthy and staying on track

Not only is meal prep a great way to save time, as you cook only once or twice a week and have a nutritious meal ready in a matter of minutes every day, but by planning ahead you can keep track of your calorie intake more easily. The idea is to plan to succeed, not wait to fail with eating healthy and ultimately, with weight loss in general. Wife & Mom

When I am not in practice, you will find me spending time with little Emma (my daughter) and hubby walking the dogs on the beach or in the kitchen preparing healthy and nutritional recipes. I believe meal prep is key to maintaining a healthy balanced diet during the busyness of our everyday life.
